2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
a) Members will review and consider for approval the meeting minutes for the February 24, 2026,
Finance Committee Meeting.
3. BUSINESS ITEMS
a) Election of Committee Chair and Vice Chair
Committee members will vote to elect a new Chair and Vice Chair.
b) Funding Recommendations for the 2026 Notice of Funding Availability through the
Commercial Development Loan Program (CDLP)
Committee members will provide funding recommendation on the Salt Lake City CRA recently
issued a Notice of Funding Availability ('NOFA') to solicit applications for approximately $10
million available through the Commercial Development Loan Program ('CDLP').
