Public Hearing Bicknell Town Planning Commission PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bicknell Town Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office for the purpose of accepting public comment on a proposed amendment to the Building and Zoning ordinance concerning shipping container regulations.
