REGULAR SESSION 5:30 PM Items Listed Below May Include Discussion, Public Hearing and Action Land Management Code Amendment - Detached Accessory Dwelling Units - The City Council Will Consider Enacting Land Management Code Section 15-4-7.2 Detached Accessory Dwelling Units (DADUs) to Outline Local Regulations for DADUs on Residential Lots 11,000 Square Feet or Larger. The Utah Legislature's Enactment of Senate Bill 284 Establishes New State Allowances for DADUs Effective October 1. PL-26-07037 (A) Public Hearing; (B) Action Notice Posted: September 14, 2026 Notice Published: September 16, 2026 Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during the meeting should notify the Planning Department at 435-615-5060 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
