MANILA, UTAH A PUBLIC HEARING HAS BEEN CALLED BY THE BOARD MEMBERS OF THE FLAMING GORGE ROAD & TRANSPORTATION SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT TO BE HELD ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 2026 AT 7:00 P.M. AT THE DAGGETT COUNTY COURTHOUSE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING INFORMATION REGARDING THE CIB (PERMANENT COMMUNITY IMPACT FUND BOARD) APPLICATION FOR THE STATE LINE ROAD PROJECT AND OBTAINING COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC IN ATTENDANCE.
