For the Historic Preservation and Museum Advisory Board Meeting
To be held on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 155 E Main Street, Vernal.
Museum of Uintah County at 4:30 p.m.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Welcome
2. Approval of minutes from July 6, 2026
3. Approval of Child Safety & Vulnerable Populations Policy
4. Approval of Intellectual Property, Copyright, & Digital Rights Policy
5. Approval of Photography, Filming, & Videography Policy
6. Approval of Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act
(NAGPRA) Compliance Policy
7. Report on subcommittees
8. Status on filling vacant board positions
9. Museum updates, inc. any upcoming monthly speaker series opportunities.
10. Establish a date/time for museum curation storage facility tour w/ board
members.
11.Establish date/time/location of next board meeting.
12. Public comment (Groups must designate one spokesperson and are
limited to three minutes each unless additional time is granted by the
meeting chairperson)
13. Adjourn
