- Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Paunsaugunt Cliffs Special Service District will hold its quarterly meeting on the 14th day of September 2026, at the Town of Hatch Community Center, 49 West Center, Hatch, Utah in which meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The agenda is as follows: A. Meeting Called to Order B. Approval of Previous Minutes 1. June 8, 2026 C. Review Checkbook Register & Budget. D. Report of Water Operator - Tyler Mendenhall. 1. Meter Reading Report 2. Well Production 3. Water Sample Tests 4. Quotes for 200 amp plug outside of pump house 5. Quotes for updating Booster Station E. Petitions, Remonstrations, and Communications. 1. Water Operator Resignation 2. New Water Operator 3. Water Bills - Delinquents 4. Meter Reading/Billing Issues 5. Term Limits for Board Members 6. Budget for 2027 F. Introduction and Adoption of Resolutions and Ordinances. G. Unfinished Business. H. Public Hearing/New Business. I. Adjournment.
