- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at St. George City Offices located at 61 S Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to consider a Planned Development Amendment to the Fields at Mall Drive Phase 2, Planned Development Commercial (PD-C) zone. The applicant is seeking approval of the design and site plan for a professional and medical office building of approximately 45,000 square feet. The property is generally located north of Mall Drive and west of 2780 E, in St. George, Utah. The applicant is The Plastics Clinic, represented by Greg Goffin. The proposed project will be known as The Plastics Clinic. Case No. 2026-PDA-021.
