- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at St. George City Offices located at 61 S Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to amend the Ledges of St. George zone plan. This PD amendment would reallocate the unit counts within areas of the project and the total unit count for the planned development would remain the same on 1,108 acres. The site is located on the west and east side of Highway 18. The applicant is DSG Engineering and the representative is Logan Blake. The project will be known as Ledges St George.
