PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Weber Area Council of Governments Housing Subcommittee will hold a regular meeting at 3:15 p.m. on Monday, September 14, 2026, in the Commission Conference Room, 2380 Washington Blvd. Suite 360, Ogden, Utah. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Chair Hyer B. Consent Items Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on August 3, 2026. C. Non-Action Items 1. New Housing Production Tools: zoning, multi-family, creative ADU ordinances Presenter: Scott Hess, North Ogden City 2. Preservation of existing: CRA or Housing funding to preserve affordability Presenter: Scott Hess, North Ogden City 3. Opportunity Zones Presenter: Stephanie Russell D. Public Comments E.
