- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Weber Area Council of Governments will hold a regular meeting commencing at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, September 14, 2026, in the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd, Room #105 (Breakout Room), Ogden, Utah. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Chair Porter B. Pledge of Allegiance - Mayor Jackson C. Invocation - Mayor Mitchell D. Public Comments- (3 minutes each) E. Consent Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on August 3, 3026. F. Non-Action Items 1. HAFB Update 2. Rural Water Association of Utah Cybersecurity Presentation Presenter: Brittney Griffiths, Rural Water Association of Utah 3. Governor's Office Economic Development RCOG Grant Opportunity Presentation Presenter: Sherry Stevens, GOED, Rural Economic Development 4. WFRC Funding Opportunities for the Local Governments Presenter: Ben Wuthrich and Tim Watkins, WFRC G.
