NOTICE: Public notice is hereby given that the Box Elder County Redevelopment Agency will hold a Regular Meeting commencing at 11:30 A.M. on Wednesday September 16, 2026 in the Commission Chambers of the Box Elder County Courthouse, 01 South Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Please be advised that a member of the Board of Commissioners may not be present at the upcoming meeting in person, but may partcipate via phone or other electronic means. 1. CALL TO ORDER A. Approve Minutes from December 17, 2025 2. AGENDA ITEMS A. Appoint 2026 RDA Chairman-Members B. RDA Agreement #26-01 with Lewis, Robertson and Burningham Public Finance Advisors for Proctor and Gamble 2008 and 2015 Project Areas-Shirlene Larsen 3.
