Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Work Session meeting at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday September 15, 2026 in the Community Room 108 S 100 E, prior to the City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. This is a public meeting and anyone interested is invited to attend, however, Work Sessions are not designed to hear public comment or take official action. Members of the Council may participate electronically.

10. ACTION ITEMS READY FOR VOTE:
A. To consider awarding S&L Inc., the Pleasant Grove Library Landscape and Pavilion Project based on a Request for Proposals (RFP) amount not to exceed $406,922.68 Presenter: Director Winterton
B. To consider Resolution (2026-042) amending the Personnel Policies and Procedures previously approved by the City Council. specifically, amending Section XVI 'Leaves of Absence' Section 5 'Maternity Leave' changing the title to 'Parental Leave' in order to provide leave for both a birthing and non-birthing parent. Presenter: HR Manager Packard
C. To consider Resolution (2026-043) declaring its intention to reimburse itself from the proceeds of one or more tax-exempt financings for certain expenditures made and/or to be made in connection with the acquisition, construction and equipping of certain capital improvements i.e. police vehicles, technology and recreation equipment. D. To consider Resolution (2026-044) authorizing the Mayor to execute an amended Interlocal Agreement between Pleasant Grove City, Utah County and PG Cares Communities That Care (CTC) prevention coalition for the E-Cigarette, Marijuana, and other Drug Prevention Grant for FY27.
