BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Washington County Water Conservancy District, Washington County, Utah
will meet in public session Monday, September 14, 2026, at 6:00 PM for board meeting at 533 E Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah
1. Discussion and Approval of Water Augmentation and Watershed Management Agreement with the State of Utah
2. Discussion regarding wastewater along the Highway 18 corridor
3. Review and Approval of Site Access Charges for District Property
4. Discussion regarding small water system funding
5. Consider approval of an easement request with Rocky Mountain Power for a proposed underground distribution powerline
6. Consider resolution to increase the fees for the Kolob Campground Recreation Area
7. Manager's report
8. Request a closed session to discuss purchase of real property and litigation.
