- BOARD MEETING MINUTES August 18, 2026 | 6:00 PM BOARD APPROVED MINUTES Meeting Date August 18, 2026 Start Time 6:00 PM Location 37768 W 3750 N Tabiona, UT 84072 1. Call to Order and Attendance Daniel Roberts, Daniel Bowman, Spencer Turnbow, Deb Evans, Dusty Simpson - Hal Giles, was unable to attend Also Present - Wendi Roberts Add in - Daniel Roberts asked the board if any of the members had done any research yet for the cost of water hookups in other areas, the board discussed what they had found and what impact fees are used for and how they are allowed to be accumulated and reported. It was also discussed 2. Discuss and Consider Blind Stream Expansion - Spencer explained to the Board that the funds we are discussing are coming from excess funds from the 3-phase expansion that has been in the works since 2022 and now that the three areas have been completed, we have the option of additional expansion with those funds. Chuck Richins did present the option of expansion and/or improvement of water sources to the people with DDW that manage the funding and they gave the approval to use the funding on line expansion, but not on water source expansion. The state will require a change order and the use of the same contractor on the addition. The board did have some discussion on potential and future plans with the water sources, just for information and possibilities in the future. Once discussion was completed, Daniel Bowman made a motion to approve moving forward with the Blind Stream Road expansion, Deb Evans seconded and all board members were in favor. The motion passed unanimously. 3. Meeting Adjourned - Daniel Bowman made a motion to adjourn and Dusty Simpson Seconded, meeting was adjourned. Next meeting September 8, 2026 APPROVAL AND CERTIFICATION These minutes remain a draft until approved by the Board at a subsequent public meeting.
