PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Orangeville City will hold a Public Meeting beginning at 6:30 followed by the regular City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. on September 10, 2026 at City Hall, 25 North Main, Orangeville, Utah, 84537, to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth. REGULAR SESSION 7:00 P.M. Agenda will be as follows: 1. Introduction by Mayor Shaun Bell 2. Prayer 3. Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Shaun Bell 4. Approve/Deny- Bills and Warrants 5. Approve/Deny- July 9, 2026 Regular Session Minutes. 6. Approve/Deny - August 31 Emergency Working Meeting Minutes 7. Public Comments (3 min) 8. Approve/Deny- Water Lease Extension- John Wick. 9. Discuss/Introduce Tolbert Cottage Co- Shaniah Tolbert 10. Discuss raising price of Dis-Internment to $1500 11. Ratify Refunding K Larson for Old Firehall rental that was cancelled due to flood 12. Approve/Deny Credit of 476.56 for Chelsea Anderson for water mis-billing- overcharge 13. Approve/Deny Email Account Retention and Email Policy 14. Approve/Deny Amendment to Zions Bank Authorized Signers 15. Approve/Deny Updated Annexation Policy to reflect legislative changes. 16. Staff/Council/Mayor Report 17. Adjourn
