- Heber City Corporation NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Planning Commission NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 22nd day of September 2026 at the hour of 6:00 p.m. of said day in the Council Chambers of Heber City, 75 North Main Street Heber City, Utah the Planning Commission will hold and conduct a Public Hearing to consider: An amendment to Mayflower Lofts~MDA, located at SR-32 and Hwy Old 40 Parcels 00-0020-7956 and 00-0007-7532 Summary of proposed Master Development Amendment: The applicant would like to amend the existing Master Development Agreement for the Mayflower Lofts development. This request is to change from mixed used buildings with limited/restricted residential to primarily residential with limited commercial. The amendment includes exceptions to the North Village Overlay Zone (NVOZ) design standards. If the Public is unable to attend, the Public Hearing comments can be emailed to PCPublic@heberut.gov. All comments will be read aloud during the open comment portion of the Public Hearing and will be included as part of the permanent public records for this meeting.
