2. Consider a Joint Resolution of the Murray City Municipal Council and Mayor designating the week of October 4 through October 10, 2026, as Fire Prevention Week. Jed Finlinson presenting.

Public Hearings
Staff, sponsor presentations and public comment will be given prior to Council action on the following matters.
1. Consider an ordinance amending the City's Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget. Brenda Moore presenting.
2. Consider an ordinance amending Section 17.48.140 of the Murray City Municipal Code to allow signage on the ground floor of multi-tenant buildings. Aaron Ardmore presenting.

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Council Member will be on speaker phone. The speaker phone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
Other Information
The Council meets the first and third Tuesday of each month. An annual meeting schedule is adopted and published in a newspaper of general circulation at the beginning of the year. Meeting agendas are also published on the City's website, as are approved
