CITY OF NORTH SALT LAKE LAND USE APPEAL AUTHORITY NOTICE & AGENDA September 16, 2026 5:00 PM Notice is given of a public meeting of the North Salt Lake Land Use Appeal Authority as established pursuant to Utah Code 10-20-1101. The North Salt Lake Hearing Officer will hold a hearing at the above noted date and time in the City of North Salt Lake Council Chambers located at 10 East Center Street. The agenda will be as follows: 1) Welcome 2) Case E11089. Sharzad Saffari (owner) and Dariush Zamani (responsible person) - Determination regarding violations to City Code Section 4-3-8: Prohibited dumping of construction waste (such as lumber, building materials, rocks, concrete, asphalt, and dirt) at 755 South Parkway Drive. (Request for civil penalty and abatement) 3) Adjourn Land Use Appeal Authority and Code Enforcement Hearings are open to the public.
