Description/Agenda: Public Notice is given that the Richmond City Council will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting at 90 South 100 West, Richmond, Utah, on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. The meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. Welcome and Opening Ceremonies by Mayor Young 1. Approval of the city council meeting minutes from August 19, 2026. 2. Discussion and possible vote on Resolution 2026-07, a Resolution accepting a Petition for Annexation on certain real property under provisions of Sections 10-2-804 and 10-2-806 Utah Code Annotated, 2025, as amended. The parcels being considered for annexation are located north and east of approximately 150 North 400 West and are approximately 13.43 acres. Parcel Numbers 09-046-0013 and 09-051-0014. 3. Discussion and possible approval of the Transportation Master Plan update. 4. Staff reports and monthly financial review. 5. Council Member and Mayor Reports Adjourn
