- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Woodland Hills City Council will hold a Public Hearing on October 6, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, UT 85653, to consider the following item: 1. A request for a change in zoning for a 2.042-acre parcel of land located at 125 East Mountain Vale Way from R1-2 to R1-1.
