ORANGEVILLE CITY COUNCIL THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2026 REGULAR MEETING 7:00 P.M. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Orangeville City will hold a Public Meeting beginning at 6:30 followed by the regular City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. on September 10, 2026 at City Hall, 25 North Main, Orangeville, Utah, 84537, to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth. REGULAR SESSION 7:00 P.M. Agenda will be as follows: 1. Introduction by Mayor Shaun Bell 2. Prayer 3. Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Shaun Bell 4. Approve/Deny- Bills and Warrants 5. Approve/Deny- July 9, 2026 Regular Session Minutes. 6. Approve/Deny - August 31 Emergency Working Meeting Minutes 7. Public Comments (3 min) 8. Approve/Deny- Water Lease Extension- John Wick. 9. Discuss/Introduce Tolbert Cottage Co- Shaniah Tolbert 9. Discuss raising price of Dis-Internment to $1500 10. Ratify Refunding K Larson for Old Firehall rental that was cancelled due to flood 11. Approve/Deny Credit of 476.56 for Chelsea Anderson for water mis-billing- overcharge 12. Approve/Deny Email Account Retention and Emailing Policy 13. Approve/Deny Amendment to Zions Bank Authorized Signers 14. Approve/Deny Updated Annexation Policy to reflect legislative changes. 15. Staff/Council/Mayor Report 16. Adjourn CLOSED SESSION Possible closed session for the purpose to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; to discuss strategy on collective bargaining; to discuss strategy on pending or reasonably imminent litigation; to discuss the purchase, exchange, sale, or lease of real property, including a water right or water shares or to discuss financial implications of certain development agreements or proposals; to discuss the sale of real property under certain conditions; to discuss the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems; or to discuss investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal conduct as provided in Utah Code Ann. § 52-4-205.
