- MEETING NOTICE OF THE POWDER MOUNTAIN WATER & SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Public Notice is hereby given that the Powder Mountain Water and Sewer Improvement District will hold a public meeting at the District Clerk's Office located at 3923 N Wolf Creek Dr, Eden, UT 84310, commencing on September 11, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. All Board Members and staff will be participating as Zoom participants ID #3278889056. Please send email comments to jstrong@pmwsid.gov or info@pmwsid.gov The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Chair Andrew Stark B. Public Comment C. Business Items a. Brief update on Bloomington Well and progress of disinfection. A full report is to be provided at our regularly scheduled board meeting on 9/15/2026. D. Request for motion to adjourn the public meeting for a closed strategy session to discuss employment matters, the acquisition of real property, including any form of water right, and any pending or reasonably imminent litigation. E. Request for motion to reconvene public meeting F. Action Items G.
