- Notice of Public Hearing For Proposed Text Amendments and Creation of Ordinances: Title 4: Creation of a Firearms Ordinance Title 10: Adding a Fence Diagram to Ordinance 10-22-10 Change to the Fee Schedule for the Fence Permit NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that several Public Hearings will be held during the Honeyville City Planning Commission on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter in the Honeyville City Hall located at 2635 W. 6980 N. Honeyville, UT The purpose of this hearing is to take public comments on proposed text amendments and creation of ordinances in the following Titles: Title 4 - Adding Chapter 9 Creation of a Firearms Ordinance and Title 10 - Land Use and Development Regulations - Adding a Fence Diagram to 10-22-10, along with comment regarding a fee being created for a Fence Permit. This Public Meeting will be held IN-PERSON at Honeyville City Hall.
