WOODS CROSS CITY NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTRACT FOR IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS STUDY Notice is hereby given that Woods Cross City, located in Davis County, Utah, intends to contract for a study to amend the City's Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) related to parks and stormwater facilities. The service area for the proposed IFFP and IFA amendments includes the entire municipal boundaries of Woods Cross City. This notice is provided pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยงยง 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503. Interested persons, entities, and other stakeholders are invited to provide information for the City to consider as part of the process of preparing, adopting, implementing, or amending the referenced impact fee documents. Before adopting amendments to the Woods Cross City IFFP and IFA, the City will provide the required public notice and hold a public hearing to receive public input.
