- Request for Proposals Steel Structure Fabrication The Brigham City Power Department will be accepting proposals from qualified contractors (Proposer) to manufacture and deliver items listed in the RFP documents at https://www.bcutah.gov/page/bid-opportunities. All inquiries related to this RFP are to be directed, in writing via email, to Troy Dahlgren at tdahlgren@bcutah.gov or Casey Smith at csmith@bcutah.gov All inquiries must be received by Monday, September 21, 2026. Inquiries will be answered via email. Information obtained from any other source is not official and should not be relied upon by respondents. Bids shall be submitted via email, Subject titled 'RFP - Brigham City-Staker Parsons T-Line Structures' and shall be addressed to: Kristina Rasmussen krasmussen@bcutah.gov until 3:00 P.M. on Friday, September 25th, 2026 for the furnishing of the Staker Parsons Structures All interested parties please review additional details in complete Request for Proposal online at https://www.bcutah.gov/page/bid-opportunities.
