- CLARKSTON TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Planning Commission will hold a meeting on the 10th day of September 2026 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 24 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Approve minutes from August 13, 2026. 2. Permits/Business Licenses - Business Licenses: High Sky LLC - 293 E. Center St. - Outstanding Building/Zoning Permits: Kelby Godfrey - 91 W. 100 S. 3. Business - Code Changes Discussion - ADU Discussion - Commissioner Training / Q&A 4. Public Comment 5. Adjourn In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Deputy Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
