Description/Agenda: Public Notice The Francis City Council will hold several public hearings on September 24, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Francis City Hall, 2317 South Spring Hollow Road, to receive public comment on the below items. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person at the meeting or by email to comments@francisutah.gov prior to 3:00 p.m. on September 23, 2026. The meeting will be streamed live on the Francis City YouTube channel: https://shorturl.at/Wk0jm Francis City Zoning Map Update To review the updated Francis City zoning map. Landscape Business in a C-1 Zone Code Amendment To review a code text amendment to the Francis City Code updating Landscaping businesses in a C-1 Commercial Zone. Car Wash Code Text Amendment To review a code amendment application for a Car Wash on parcel RT 32-5.
