- *THIS HEARING HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 24TH* SEPTEMBER 16, 2026 LAND USE APPEAL AUTHORITY HEARING PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove Land Use Appeal Authority Officer will hold a Public Meeting for Variances and Appeals on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 1:00 PM. online via Microsoft Teams, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Meeting: Variance from City Code Section 10-9A-3: Lot Area and 10-9A-4 Lot Width (Manila Neighborhood) Public Meeting to consider a request of Edith Bethers for a variance from City Code Section 10-9A-3: Lot Area and Section 10-9A-4: Lot Width. Section 10-9A-3 of the code requires all lots/parcels in the Rural Residential Zone to have a minimum lot area of 1/2 acre (21,780) square feet, and Section 10-9A-4 requires all lots/parcels in the Rural Residential Zone to have a minimum lot width of 110 feet. The property is located at approx. 2831 N Canyon Rd in the RR (Rural Residential) Zone.
