Board Meeting Call to Order 2. Prayer / Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of Minutes of the Regular Board Meeting held August 12, 2026 4. Board Member Input / Follow-up on Minutes / Committee Reports 5. CIB Public Hearing Application 6. Public Hearing - Dinaland Irrigation System Replacement The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding the proposed replacement of the irrigation system at Dinaland Golf Course and the District's consideration of an application to the Utah Permanent Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) for financial assistance for the project. 7. Community Center Name Change Discussion 8. USSD1 / USD Interlocal Agreement (ILA) 9. USSD1 / UBTech Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) 10. RFP - Master Plan 11. Revenue Opportunity - Ice Skating Discussion 12. Financials 13.
