https://millardcounty.gov/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/Class-A-Notice-of-Public-Hearing-Notch-Peak-Project.pdf September 8, 2026 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A PETITION TO VACATE MULTIPLE MILLARD COUNTY CLASS 'D' ROADS AND REMOVE SAME FROM THE MILLARD COUNTY TRANSPORTATION MAP Pursuant to UCA 72-3-108(2)(a), notice is hereby given that the Millard County Commission will consider a Petition to Vacate certain Class D county roads that has been submitted to the Board of County Commissioners for Millard County by applicant Bryan Harris and Notch Peak Project, LLC, on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, beginning at 10:30 a.m. in the Millard County Commission Chambers located at 50 South Main Street, Fillmore, Utah, to make a determination regarding a petition filed by Bryan Harris and Notch Peak Project, LLC to vacate the following Class 'D' County roads: Millard County Road 639, a portion thereof; Millard County Road 642, a portion thereof; Millard County Road 643, a portion thereof; Millard County Road 644 Millard County Road 645 Millard County Road 647 Millard County Road 648 Millard County Road 4153 Millard County Road 4184 Millard County Road 3989 Millard County Road 4089, a portion thereof; Millard County Road 4184, a portion thereof; Said Roads are Located within Township 15 South, Range 8 West (T15S R8W), Sections 12- 13; and T15S R7W, Sections 7-9 and Sections 17-18, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. All roads proposed to be vacated are found within the proposed Notch Peak project site map and boundaries.
