- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that East Carbon City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday September 15th, 2026, at 6:30 P.M., during its regular meeting at 101 West Geneva Dr, East Carbon, Utah 84520 The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment regarding a proposed water rate structure.
