NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fruit Heights Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 7 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 910 S. Mountain Road, Fruit Heights, Utah, 84037.
PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Title 10-11-25 Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (DADU)
Documents are available for public inspection at City Hall, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, and on the City's website at www.fruitheightsgov.gov All interested are invited to attend and make comments.
