- CAPER 1 OMB Control No: 2506-0117 (exp. 09/30/2021) CR-05 - Goals and Outcomes Progress the jurisdiction has made in carrying out its strategic plan and its action plan. 91.520(a) This could be an overview that includes major initiatives and highlights that were proposed and executed throughout the program year. The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) provides an evaluation of the Salt Lake County use of federal entitlement funds and its progress towards the housing and community development goals detailed in the Program Year (PY) 2025 Action Plan, the first year of the PY 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan. The Consolidated Plan is built on the following three key priorities: - Priority 1: Improve Housing Stability - Priority 2: Improve Economic Mobility - Priority 3: Thriving Neighborhoods These priorities guide Salt Lake County's implementation of formula grants received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These include the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). NOTE: Additional information will be added once the Consolidated Plan is approved by HUD along with other narrative information.
