Observation of facility amenities, layout, and operational design, including informational inquiries regarding general facility maintenance, day-to-day operations, management structures, funding mechanisms, and other related topics incidental to the visit. 2.2. OPMA Notice: In accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act (OPMA), this gathering is designated as a site visit/traveling tour. No public funds will be appropriated, and no formal votes, policy decisions, or official actions will be taken by the Committee during this tour. 3. Adjournment
