NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 as close to 6:00 P.M. as possible. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comment on a proposed subdivision application as described below.
'Covington Park Townhomes' located at 6037 South Highland Drive in the Residential Multi-family zone. The applicant will present to the Commission a concept subdivision design layout proposing an 18-unit townhome subdivision developed across 1.24 acres of total property and accessed from 6060 South. The minimum lot standards for properties within the RM Zone can be found in ยง H.C.C. Title 13 Chapter 13.32.
The packet with information regarding this application will be available for public inspection on the City's website, www.holladayut.gov and at the Community Development Dept. during normal business hours three days prior to the scheduled meeting.
Please note, this meeting will be held at the City of Holladay's temporary location,
3330 South 1300 East, Millcreek, Utah.
The public can remotely watch the Live Stream of the meeting. To provide a public comment or to comment on any public hearing, you have the following options:
1. In-person attendance at the temporary City Hall location, 3330 S. 1300 E. or
