CITY OF MOAB PUBLIC HEARING
DRAFT CITY OF MOAB RESOLUTION 15-2026, CITY OF MOAB A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE CITY OF MOAB ANNEXATION POLICY PLAN, CITY OF MOAB FUTURE ANNEXATION BOUNDARY MAP, AND THE ANTICIPATED LAND USE OF FUTURE ANNEXATION AREA MAP, AS APPENDIX C OF THE CITY OF MOAB GENERAL PLAN.
The City of Moab Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on September 17th, 2026, at approximately 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Moab City Offices at 217 East Center Street, Moab, Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public input on the Proposed City Resolution 15-2026, A Resolution to adopt the City of Moab Annexation Policy Plan And Updated Annexation Policy Area Maps as Appendix C of the City of Moab General Plan.
The public is invited to review and inspect all information available concerning such proposal(s) at the Moab City Offices during regular office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday up until September 17th, 2026. The public or any interested parties may present written or oral testimony to the Moab City Planning Department concerning the proposed action at the aforementioned time and place.
