PUBLIC NOTICE Vacancies in Planning and Zoning Committee Lynndyl City is accepting a letter of interest to fill a vacancy for an unexpired term of Lynndyl City's Planning and Zoning Committee. The appointment is scheduled for the regular Planning and Zoning meeting on October 29, 2026, at 7:00 pm, located at 98 E Center Street, Lynndyl, UT 84640. The vacancy will be filled by an interim appointed to finish out the unexpired four-year term as a Planning and Zoning member. Citizens interested must meet the qualifications listed below: o Be a United States Citizen o Be at least 18 years old o Be a resident of the municipality or a resident of the recently annexed area for 12 consecutive months o Be a registered voter of the municipality o In accordance with Utah Constitution, Article IV, Section 6, a mentally incompetent individual, an individual convicted of a felony, or an individual convicted of treason or a crime against the elective franchise may not hold office in this state until the right to hold elective office is restored under Section 20A-2-101.3 or 20A-2-101-5 Those who are interested, please send a letter of interest to Lynndyl.clerk@gmail.com or contact Mary Carpenter @ 801-602-8874
