- TOWN OF BOULDER, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE Governing Body: TOWN COUNCIL Notice Type: Approved Ordinances THIS IS NOTICE THAT on September 1, 2026, the Boulder Town Council passed the following Ordinances: - Ordinance No. 2026-02 amends Chapter 153.204 to update zoning and land use regulations for Residential Short-Term Rentals (RSTRs). - Ordinance No. 2026-03 amends Chapter 112 of the Boulder Town Code regarding Residential Short-Term Rentals to update licensing eligibility requirements. - Ordinance No. 2026-04 amends Chapter 110 of the Boulder Town Code to update general business licensing provisions. - Ordinance No. 2026-05 amends Chapter 111 of the Boulder Town Code to update procedures for providing local consent for state alcohol licensing. - Ordinance No. 2026-06 amends Chapter 130 of the Boulder Town Code to align local fire restrictions with the State of Utah's Stage 1 and Stage 2 fire restriction framework. A copy of these ordinances are available at the Boulder Town Office or accessed electronically through the links attached to the Utah Public Notice website posting. They are also accessible on the Boulder Town website (https://boulder.utah.gov/documents/ordinances), pending codification, copies are provided via links near the bottom of the 'Ordinances' page.
