- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its scheduled meeting on Wednesday September 16, 2026 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said public hearings shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The City Council shall receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution adopting the Final 2026/2027 operating and capital budgets for the General Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund and Storm Water Fund.
