PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Planning Commission Meeting September 16, 2026 - 7:00 pm NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Herriman City Planning Commission shall assemble for a Public Hearing in the City Council Chambers, located at: 5355 W HERRIMAN MAIN STREET, HERRIMAN, UTAH Additional information on the following agenda item(s) is available by contacting the Herriman City Planning Department at planning@herriman.gov or by viewing it in person at Herriman City Hall. Public comments, questions, and concerns may be mailed before the public hearing is held to the above address or emailed to planning@herriman.gov. The Planning Commission will review the following agenda item(s): - Review and consider a recommendation to amend Title 10 (Land Development Code) of the Herriman City Code to (1) comply with current Utah Municipal Land Use, Development, and Management Act requirements, including public notice requirements, statutory references, and limitations on land use regulations; (2) amend and clarify accessory dwelling unit regulations; (3) allow Government Service and Protective Service as a permitted land use in agricultural and residential zones; and (4) technical, non-substantive amendments that clarify existing code.
