NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Herriman City Planning Commission meeting scheduled for September 16, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Herriman City Council Chambers located at 5355 West Herriman Main Street, Herriman, UT, will still be held as scheduled; however, several public hearing items previously noticed on September 4, 2026, for that meeting have been cancelled and removed from the agenda. These items may be rescheduled for consideration at a future meeting and, if applicable, public notice will be provided in accordance with Utah State Code. The following public hearing item has been canceled and will not be heard on September 16, 2026: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Planning Commission Meeting September 16, 2026 - 7:00 pm NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Herriman City Planning Commission shall assemble for a Public Hearing in the City Council Chambers, located at: 5355 W HERRIMAN MAIN STREET, HERRIMAN, UTAH Additional information on the following agenda item(s) is available by contacting the Herriman City Planning Department at planning@herriman.gov or by viewing it in person at Herriman City Hall. Public comments, questions, and concerns may be mailed before the public hearing is held to the above address or emailed to planning@herriman.gov. The Planning Commission will review the following agenda item(s): - Review and consider a recommendation to amend the General Plan and Future Land Use Map from Neighborhood Commercial to Neighborhood Residential Two, or an equivalent designation that supports residential development of 4.0 to 8.0 dwelling units per gross acre, for property located approximately at 7234 W Herriman Main Street.
