HTRZ Tax Increment Reimbursement Program Policy and Project Area Tax IncrementReimbursement Program Policy - Kristina Harrold, Project Manager, is recommending updates toboth program policies to ensure alignment with the CRA and City's development goals, as wellas add clarity and consistency across the programs. The Reinvestment Advisory Committeemay wish to make recommendations to the CRA Board of Directors regarding the policyrevisions described in this memo. 4.
