- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Froerer B. Pledge of Allegiance- C. Invocation/Moment of Silence- Commissioner Bolos D. Commissioner Comments- Stall of Fame E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Presentation- Recognition of awards of Weber County's Elections Team Presenter: Ricky Hatch G Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $64,528.00. 2. Request for approval of warrants #109098-109168 and #498086-498170 in the amount of $934,776.24. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of the minutes for the meeting held on September 1, 2026. 5. Request for approval of new business licenses. 6. Request for approval of a Memorandum of Understanding by and between Weber County and Ogden City for JAG Grant funding for law enforcement equipment for each agency. 7. Request for approval of Basic Training Reimbursement Agreements by and between Weber County and Eamon Mcelwain. H. Action Items- 1. Request for approval of a Resolution of the County Commissioners of Weber County appointing a Trustee to the board of the Little Mountain Service Area. Presenter: Stacy Skeen 2. Request for approval of an agreement by and between Weber County and Professional Bull Riders LLC. to rent the facility to the PBR to house their bulls during the 2027 Salt Lake City event at the Delta Center.
