Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Bear River City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 6:30 PM at the Bear River City Civic Center, 5871 N 4700 W. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on proposed clarifying amendments to the Land Management and Development Code. The proposed amendments are 1) Make it clear accessory buildings are not permitted within the required street side yard of a corner lot; 2) Remove the reference to using a driveway as a source to determine the rear yard of a corner lot. A copy of the entire text of proposed changes is available at the Bear River City Office.
