- You and each of you are hereby notified that the City Council of Salem City has appointed the time of 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, for the purpose of a public hearing to consider a request to update the Transportation Facilities Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Transportation Facilities Impact Fee Analysis (IFA). All public is invited to attend this hearing and be heard regarding the proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) update.
