- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Unified Police Department (UPD) will be holding a public hearing on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as practical, at Millcreek City Hall located at 1330 East Chambers Ave., Millcreek, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is: AMENDMENTS TO THE UPD 2026-2027 FY BUDGET The budget will be available for public inspection in the office of the Department's Budget Officer during regular business hours as required by UCA 11-13-515.
