Cedar City Board of Adjustments Agenda September 14, 2026 The Cedar City Board of Adjustments will hold a meeting on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 5:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Board Members: Brittany Fisher; Chad Carter; Milton McLelland; Dorian Page; Brant Parker; John Webster; David Westwood; Assistant Attorney Christopher Gubler; Building Official Lester Ross; Executive Assistant Natasha Nava. 1. Call to Order. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Approval of Findings of Fact. 4. Request for Home Occupation Reiki business at approximately 335 South 900 West (R-2-2)/ Life Happy Reiki/ Erin Clyde. 5. Request for Home Occupation Lash business at approximately 2087 North 325 West, Unit 13 (R-3-M)/ Lashes and Lams by Kin/ Kinley Severe. 6. Request for Variance for an enclosed garage and side setbacks at approximately 490 South Rose Hill Road/ Kevin Newville.
