- Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 17, 2026, starting at 7:00pm at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315. The purpose of the first public hearing is to consider a rezone request and general plan amendment at approximately 4700 W and 5500 S for Terra Strada LLC. The proposed request is from R1 zone to C2, PUD, R2, and R3 zone. The purpose of the second public hearing is to consider the approval of the Development Agreement for Terra Strada LLC at approximately 4700 W and 5500 S.
