Notice is given that the Stockton Town Council will hold a regular meeting as identified below in the Town Council Chambers at the Stockton Town Hall 18 N. Johnson Street, Stockton, Utah. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, any individual who may need special accommodations including auxiliary communicative and services during this meeting shall notify the Town Clerk at (435) 882-3877 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. The order of Agenda Items may be changed if deemed appropriate by the Mayor or Town Council. Time limits, if any listed for Agenda items are approximate and may be accelerated or delayed.

3. Approval of Julys minutes Motion to approve- Steve 2nd Heather all approved
4. Public Comment 3-5 minutes-
5. Close Public Comments - Griffith building garage and home on Old County rd- Water rights paperwork, Garage engineer will get with the town on permit and working on getting plans for Home. Soil samples done and was told everything was fine.
6. Gunn properties, rezone application- Brandon Kirk -requested tabled until next month.
7. Vasilou- rezone application given, for property west of the post office.- not present
8. Eddington fence/gate discussion- Working on getting a survey. Multiple people accessing the horses.
9. Josh Goddard- end of Old County Rd- Survey is getting done. Working on getting permits. Needing to know where all lines are, irrigation, sewer and water. Soil sample. Blue stakes. Rod Wheeler and Jared Rydalch sign off on lines. House sitting there, outside is fine and sheetrock has to be removed and fixed. Carpet redone. Have Sunrise look at it. inspect it. Minimize late night construction. Address Access point to property. Don't walk is not an access road to property. Use Old County rd. Goddard states at the time it was his property when he took down fence.
10. Fee Discussion- Fees have changed. Raising fees on water and sewer. Look over fees. Change the ones that have increased and reexamine the other ones. Sunrise fees need adjusted. Add on the fees to the permit.
11. Council Reports and Assignments.- Steve will attend Council meeting.
The Map from the end of Old County Rd has changed on the maps. Who owns what?? We will wait on the surveys from Goddards/Eddingtons. Easement should be towns. Dallin will look more into it.
