NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NORTH OGDEN CITY Notice is hereby given that the North Ogden Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at their regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6:00 pm. The hearing will be held to receive comments on the Altura Master Development Agreement area shown approximately below in red and yellow combined. Located at approximately 4000 North from 100 East to Nebo Ave along the north bench of North Ogden City. - Master Plan Amendment Parcels numbers (red): 16-09-0061, 16-009-0062, 16-009-006, 16-037-0124, 16-037-0121, 16-009-0034, 16-009-0072, 16-009-0073, 16-037-0122, 16-008-0033, 16-008-0014. - Annexation Parcels numbers (yellow): 16-008-0027, 16-008-0023, 16-008-0003, 16-008-0004, 16-008-0022, 16-008-0024, 16-008-0009, 16-008-0011, 16-008-0012, 16-008-0015, 16-008-0016, 16-008-0029, 16-007-0003, 16-007-0009, 16-007-0003, 16-042-0002. Copies of materials and staff reports are available for public inspection at www.northogdencity.gov or the North Ogden City Offices 72 hours before the meeting. This meeting will be held in the Council Chambers in the Public Safety Building at 515 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
